Writing –

Basic formatting fees (for an Epub and Mobi file compatible with popular ereaders):
Fees apply for formatting from a relatively clean and simple MS Word file, plain Text file, PDF file without copyright protection;
Discounted fee (Short stories / Novellas up to 15,000 words); £80
Novel (up to 50,000 words); £110
Long Novel (up to 100,000 words); £ 130
Non Fiction; £150 onwards – final price depends on number of images, tables, footnotes, index, special formatting requirements and word count.
Please contact us for a competitive price for any larger works than 100,000 words or if you would like more details on what we include in the above fees.
Add Ons (fees in addition to original formatting fee as per above examples):
Smashwords file; £50 in combination with any formatting package.
Cover art; £80 onwards depending on specific design requirements.
Editing & Proofreading; If your book requires copy editing or proof reading services, we would like to take a look at a sample before quoting our fee.
Print Formatting –
If you’re looking to put your book out as a paperback with Createspace, we can definitely help you as well! As print formatting is just a little bit more time consuming than ebook formatting, our prices reflect this. But still you’ll save a bundle hiring us instead of forking out for Createspace’s paid services.
Novel: starting from £120. Exact costs depend on special requests such as pretty chapter headings, illustrations or for example drop caps. Talk to us to get a clearer idea, we won’t bite!
Translation –
Translation costs depend heavily on the type of text you’re looking to have translated. It would be unfair to quote a guide price for this service so please contact us for a tailored quote.
